In the morning, walked to a local shop, drank a Teh Halia, then walked to Menara Kuantan 188, ate Tomyam with Beef, it was very good, reminded me of Pho Bo from Vietnam, but taste of tomyam is sweet and sour.

Walked along the beautiful Esplanade Kuantan, also collected my bib for Kuantan Half Marathon from Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan. Ate a Cendol, it was a hot day in Kuantan, came back to hotel.

In evening, ate a Nasi Lemak and a beef satay with peanut sauce at SateZul, then walked to Teluk Cempedak beach. Teluk Cempedak beach is very beautiful, it was not crowded and weather had also cooled down. On my way back, I took the Rapid Kuantan 200 bus. Drank a Teh Halia, came back to hotel and tried to get some sleep before the run next morning.
