Around midnight I boarded the GoBus from Alexandria for Sharm El Sheikh. The bus goes through Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel, to cross the Suez Canal. As the bus enters the South Sinai Governorate, the number of police checkpoints increases. Every passenger's identity was checked around four times at different checkpoints before reaching Sharm El Sheikh.

I reached Sharm GoBus station at 12:45 PM, got down and walked to the ticket counter and bought a bus ticket from Sharm to Dahab. The bus departed from Sharm El Sheikh around 1:30 PM, and reached Dahab at 3:30 PM. Walked to Nomads hostel which was very close to GoBus station.

Checked-in to Nomads hostel, I wanted to go to Mount Sinai trek at night. Booked my spot in the group tour for 1600 EGP, from Dahab Safari Day Tours, they have a small office before the Ghazala Market. Ate some food, drank tea and took rest.
