Baku To Ganja Stadler Train

Got up early, got ready, at my breakfast at the hostel, took the metro from Sahil metro station to 28 May metro station, walked to the nearby Baku railway station, queued up to board the train to Ganja.

My seat was in the upper deck, seat number 17A, train was very good and clean, it had only 4 wagons. Train passed through Bilajari, Alat, Hajigabul, Kurdamir, Yevlakh and Goran before reaching Ganja railway station at 12:28 PM.

Booked a Bolt ride from Ganja railway station to VM hostel, for 2.5 AZN. Checked-in to the hostel, took some rest then got ready and went out to explore the Ganja city.

I clicked a photo of a Lada car in a street and within one minute a car stopped near me. One old man signalled me to get inside his car, along with the old man there was oneyoung man who was driving the car. He asked me about the photo that I clicked, I told him that I took the photo of a Lada car, that's it. But he was not ready to agree, I called my hostel manager Ramin, he talked with the old man. The other man told me there is Harbi center nearby, don't take photo here. I then understood that nearby there was a Azerbaijan Defense Force (Harbi) camp. Both of them then left but this was a terrifying experience.

Later I walked around Javad Khan Mausoleum, Hyder Aliyev Museum and Xan Bagi. Ate a Chicken döner, drank some tea at a restaurant in the city center. In evening, bought some food items from nearby Delfin market.
