I was having some knee pain (probably Patellar Tendonitis), so I was in two minds whether to run or not. I started doing some knee strengthening exercises, which helped and my pain was quite reduced a few days before the event, so I thought lets run.

I had registered for 30K run on 13th Sep. On the race day, I reached 10 minutes late, the start was at 6:15 AM. The weather was very good, the race route was good, many people were running 50K, 100K, 161K and even 220K.

I enjoyed my run, and completed my run in 5 hours, my main aim was to run slowly without putting my knee in trouble.
